By accessing or using Hubito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Hubito is an executive workspace and task command center designed to help individuals and teams organize their tasks, track ETAs, manage Pomodoro focus sessions, and maintain personal meeting notes with cloud synchronization across multiple devices.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To access cloud synchronization features, you may register or log in using Google OAuth 2.0 or email credentials.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• You may disconnect Google OAuth authentication at any time through Google Account Permissions.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and ownership to the tasks, notes, comments, checklists, and any other data you create, submit, or store within Hubito (“User Content”).

• We do not claim any intellectual property ownership over your User Content.
• By using the Service, you grant us only the limited license necessary to host, store, back up, and transmit your User Content to you across your authenticated devices.
• We do not review, sell, share, or analyze your User Content for advertising or model training purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or database infrastructure connected to Hubito.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or burden servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Introduce malicious code, trojans, viruses, or harmful scripts.
• Circumvent or tamper with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security policies.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability and data synchronization across devices. However, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Termination & Data Deletion

You may stop using Hubito at any time. You can delete your tasks and notes directly in-app, or request permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by contacting support (processed within 7 business days).

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUBITO OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
